SynthEvents failed itself while generating the data set, or while reading a ready-made one back.

generation failed: this is a fault of SynthEvents, not of the request - Details: Empty. The cause is not sent, since it can carry inner workings of SynthEvents.
Why It Happens#
A fault in SynthEvents kept it from generating the data set, or from reading back a ready-made one it keeps. The request itself is valid. SynthEvents logs the cause together with the request, which is all that is needed to look into it.
How to Fix It#
There is nothing to fix in the request. Since the same request fails the same way every time, trying it again does not help. If you would like to tell us about it, get in touch.
