The request asks for more than 20,000 events.

Why It Happens#

eventCount is larger than 20,000. A data set comes out within a tolerance of the number asked for, which may lie above it, and it has to fit the 25,000 events of an evaluation license of EventSourcingDB all the same (see Limits).

How to Fix It#

Ask for at most 20,000 events.
