# scenario-missing

The request names **no scenario**.

- **Status:** `400 Bad Request`
- **Route:** `POST /api/v1/generate-events`
- **Description:** `scenario is missing: expected a scenario of the domain`
- **Details:** Empty.

## Why It Happens

The body has no field `scenario`, or its value is `null`.

## How to Fix It

Add the field `scenario`, with a scenario of the domain. **[`read-domains`](/docs/synthevents/api#reading-domains)** lists the scenarios of every domain:
